Pat Matter was an outlaw biker for over 31 years. This included the founder and 21 year president of the Minnesota Hells Angels. He also orchestrated the Hells Angels expansion into Illinois and Indiana which heightened the war with the Outlaws resulting in several attempts on his life. Matter was the owner and founder of Minneapolis Custom Cycle where he manufactured his own line of V-twin motorcycles. He was a nationally ranked pro-stock motorcycle racer and later a top-fuel motorcycle racer.
Chris Omodt retired in 2012 at the rank of Captain with the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office in Minneapolis after 32 years in law enforcement. He specialized in investigating criminal organizations, including outlaw motorcycle gangs. He was also the commander of the Minnesota Financial Crimes Task Force and later the Metro Gang Task Force. Omodt was an adjunct professor in criminal justice and has testified in federal court as an expert on outlaw motorcycle gangs. He holds an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
